​Booking Confirmation & Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking, a £20 deposit is required. You will receive a payment link in your confirmation email.

• The deposit is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• If the deposit is not received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the booking will be cancelled.

• For same-day or next-day bookings, the deposit is still required and non-refundable in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
