Booking Confirmation & Deposit Policy
To confirm your booking, a £20 deposit is required. You will receive a payment link in your confirmation email.

The deposit is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

If the deposit is not received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the booking will be cancelled.

For same-day or next-day bookings, the deposit is still required and non-refundable in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
